No. This is an exterior-grade penetrating product that has zero abrasion resistance. We carry nothing that can go over a laminate floor, as they tend to be very smooth and as such a sealer will not bond to them unless they are sanded first and as laminate layers have no sandable wear layer to speak of, then you can't really put anything over them.
