If that happens, you will need to call in to 641-323-6111 and get an RA number. The return will have to be approved by Forbo, it will have to be within 30 days of arrival, and there is a 30% restock fee as well as you pay for the shipping back to Forbo. Situations vary for allowing the return. So, if it happens, call in to that number and they'll be able to assist you at that time.
