Does the freeze/thaw condition apply to the liquid or cured product? Also, would this be suitable to coat the inside of an outdoor raised concrete vegetable bed to create a barrier between the concrete and the soil?

The freeze/thaw condition is referring to the product in its liquid form. The AFM SafeCoat DynoSeal is our top choice for sealing the inside of a raised garden bed. It is a very heavy duty elastomeric coating well suited for that application.
