Both AFM Safecoat and Ecos Paints are very low odor when wet and will dissipate once dry. Both companies are excellent at color matching national brands, ie., Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore, and have a vast palette of colors. I recommend ordering samples to help you determine which will work best for you. Use AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer first, to help encapsulate any off gassing that may be currently coming off your walls.
