How would I apply this on stairs, including also skirt board, mantle shoe mold and bannister? If I don't have a buffer, what process and what tools would I need?

Rubio Monocoat, Oil Plus 2C, Interior Stain Kit must be applied by hand with a hand-held buffing pad. We sell them under the name of Application & Scrub Pad Kits - use the white pad because it's softer and won't scratch the surface.
