In descending order of hardness from HARDEST to SOFTEST floors.HARD Concrete/Ceramic/Porcelain Tile Strand Bamboo Hardwood- Adding a spacer here because there is a big gap between Hardwood and Marmoleum -MarmoleumCorkCarpetSOFTHardwood would stand up to small children better than Marmoleum, with the added benefit that you can sand and refinish a beat-up hardwood floor once the children are not-as-small. Hardwood is perhaps the most "refinish happy" product above.We've got samples of all the floors we sell. Order a few to get a feel for how tough or not-tough they are.
