Can you apply this product over a polyurethane sealed wood floor?

When using this product surfaces have to be dry, absorbent and free from flaking and cracking (i.e. unsealed). If your wood is currently "polyurethane sealed" the Aqua Resin finish would not be able to penetrate and form a good bond.
