We actually suggest AFM Safecoat Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil on a countertop. The teak oil is lovely but used more for furniture and not surfaces that may have food on them. The Penetrating Oil also enhances, adds moisture to and rejuvenates the wood to show its true beauty. You may order a small sample online first to test before ordering the final product.
