Cork is a natural thermal insulator and will certainly be much warmer than ceramic tile. Our customers have been using cork flooring for more than 20+ years. Many have told us they grew up with cork as kids and the cork is still in their parents homes after 60 years. We also see them installed in courtrooms, libraries and museums where they last for many decades. As long as you take care of your floors and maintain them regularly and properly, they should last as long as your home.
