We are building an outdoor table with ipe and mahogany. Would this oil be ideal to protect from discoloration?

It would help some with the discoloration, but it will still dry out like any other oil product over time and need to be reapplied. The surface will have to be sanded to open up the pores of the wood for it to be able to penetrate into the wood.
