My dining room is connected to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. I'd like to put waterproof cork in both areas. If the dining room plus the hallway is more than 60 feet long, do I need to use transition strips? Or do I count the length of the hallway and the dining room separately?

Transition strips are needed whenever there is a continuous application of Waterproof cork > 60 lineal feet. The floor doesn't know whether it's a hall or a bedroom, it's the total overall length that matters.
