1980s construction, poured concrete below grade (heavy clay), block walls mostly below grade to first floor, AFAIK no sealers applied. Semi-conditioned space but +60% humidity often a problem. Is there a recommended moisture percentage (per material)? Also, saw the dewpoint/temp note-does that mean a high RH can be ignored prior or during application? Thanks

We do not sell a product that will help with that situation. The penetrating concrete sealer is breathable, so will not block your humidity.
