Will GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer work for polished concrete? Do you carry any caulk, sand, or silica substance that can be used to fill cracks in the concrete prior to applying GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer? The concrete in the basement was recently ground to "salt and pepper" look and caulking from radon mitigation was removed with it. The radon levels went up from what they were before. There are various hairline cracks that I planned to grind clean and fill prior to applying the sealer.

No, this product needs to be used on raw, unpolished, non-troweled concrete with a pH level between 7-9. The ChemLink M-1 Universal Structural Adhesive/Sealant is a good sealant for concrete cracks, however you would want to use the sealer prior to filling in the cracks.
