On the sample for Moisture Block it says "It is recommended to also install a moisture resistant film over concrete or any substrate where moisture is a concern." So does that mean an additional plastic film along with the Moisture Block? Trying to understand what to do on a concrete basement floor under waterproof cork (interlock, no glue).

Not necessarily. In most instances Moisture Block is enough. There will be times when additional moisture protection may be required. This can vary widely in certain parts of the country and during certain times of the year. Therefore, it's necessary to measure and keep records of the relative humidity of the subfloor and the ambient air before, during, and after installation. Please see the installation guidelines of your flooring on our website, which will spell out exactly in what situations you need to use a moisture barrier or not.
