Would this work for an earthen floor vapor barrier w ground and gravel/sand as subfloor?

MP Global Moisture Block was not intended for sand and gravel and would probably tear under foot pressure. Generally a much thicker vapor barrier is required for earthen floors or for crawl spaces.Moisture Block was designed for flat smooth solid subfloors such as plywood or concrete.
