Moisture Block is recommended whenever you are installing a floating floor at or below grade whether your subfloor is plywood or concrete. The click floating installation does not require adhesive however occasionally it is desirable to use a small amount of an adhesive in the joint in tricky spots, for instance in a doorway or closet or other area where it might be difficult to fully click the floor together or where additional support is needed. The adhesive I would recommend for that is Kahrs Landobond.
