Q: With this technology, why would I need to order samples?
A: While this is super cool, it does not replace the function of the sample. A physical sample will give you a crystal clear idea of scale of the pattern, the sheen of the floor, and how it will look given the lighting of your room. What roomvo provides is a simulation, but it does take some liberties in guesswork that will not replace what a sample does. At least not yet.
Q: I want a particular floor in Roomvo, why can I not find it in the interface?
A: We are working on adding more flooring, but it is a time and resource intensive process. Our goal is to get all our flooring in, but we did not want to hold off on the service until we did. So we prioritized some of our most popular floors.
Q: I found my floor! How do I order?
A: Call us or order online on our website. Remember overage, remember underlayment, and feel free to reach out to us before, during or after your project for support. We are here for you, your contractor, and whomever else is involved!
Q: Will this work with iPhone? Android?
A: This should work with any smartphone with the ability to take a picture and connect to the web. It will also work on your personal computer if you have a means of loading your room photos to it. And of course, you can use the pre-loaded room views we have if you do not have access to a camera.
