A couple of questions: What is the consistency of AFM Safe Choice? Can it be diluted with tap water for maximum results? Is it effective for everyday laundry (dilution ratio?)? Will adding other products like washing soda, baking soda, sodium per carbonate, or citric acid either softer water or aid in it's performance for cleaning or don't need those added? I believe This AFM caulk was in freezing temperature during shipping because it's really hard to push out of the tube and it's still tacky after days. Not a huge deal because it's under floors, but will it still do the trick to stay in place? I believe the hard seal that I ordered from a different company that was closer to me. Let it freeze during shipping. I put it on wood items and it's cloudy and uneven. Does this mean that the product is no longer usable? I don't mind using it in a garage cabinet if it's still going to work to block off gassing and give a good seal over the cabinet.
