Question: Are the edges for an 8x10 rug finished?
Answer: Yes, the area rugs are serged along the edges with thread from the most dominant color in the particular pattern you select.
Question: Does Earth Weave come in 15' width?
Answer: They do not, 13' is the widest they make.
Question: Do you install also? I live in Burlington, NJ
Answer: We do not know of installers around the country as we are just one retail location that happens to sell this product. However, many clients around the country have told us of https://cfiinstallers.org/, have used it and have had great success.
Question: I need 400 yards of carpet (Dolomite) and want to know how much Enertia padding I need? Thx
Answer: Each roll of Enertia pad is 25 square yards, so 16 rolls
Question: I'd like to have a nontoxic carpet stairs runner going up our staircase. Is this Dolomite Earth Weave suitable for stairs runner?
Answer: We recommend a tight loop for stairs, Dolomite would be an acceptable option for a stair runner.
Question: I would like to put this carpet, with a thick pad over a concrete floor for extra padding. Is this recommended?
Answer: Yes, that can be done. We recommend sealing the concrete first to prevent excessive moisture from being absorbed into the pad and carpet. Our GBS Penetrating Concrete sealer is a good choice assuming all the conditions for application are met.

Question: I have a 17 by 14 bedroom, can a rug be custom made to cover this area?
Answer: If you mean an area rug measuring 17 x 14 feet, then a custom-sized area rug is possible for any carpet we sell that is 15' or wider (link: http://bit.ly/GBSRugs15feetOrWider ) - you can let us know and we can get a custom quote for you for this custom made item.If, on the other hand, you are interested in wall-to-wall carpet for a 17x14 room, your installer can install any of our carpets provided he is experienced in seaming carpet together (if you order one of our carpets that is less than 14' wide).
Question: I'm allergic to some animal hair (esp cats) and often find myself with itchy eyes and runny nose if I wear thick wool sweaters. But I'm drawn to your rugs for the dining room. Should I avoid wool rugs?
Answer: The only way to know for sure is to test your tolerance with a sample or two. Many people who have allergies to wool sweaters are fine with wool rugs and carpet. Answer: Unfortunately we cannot ship to the UK. What may be a possibility and something to consider, is having this shipped to a freight forwarder on the east coast with a US address and then you could arrange the shipping from there.
