Yes, this product can be used on new or freshly sanded wood as long as it is porous and the Oil Wax can soak into the wood.
Can I use this on an old plywood floor; remaining sealer sanded off (120grit); some stain remains. Looks great! AFM SafeCoat, Naturals Oil Wax Finish
