This product is available as a concentrate (which you dilute) and as a ready-to-use product (already diluted).

The Woodwise *might* work, but as it is formulated more for hardwood it would not be our first recommendation.

Answer: 1950s Polyurethane finished hardwood floors would work just fine with this cleaner. The only flooring finish this cleaner would not work on is a waxed based finish.
