Can this be used on old painted deck? Just want a temporary solution, doesn’t have to last forever

Depending upon foot traffic, and exposure to sun, rain etc, don't expect our AFM Exterior Satin paint to last more than a few years on a horizontal surface outdoors. Will bond to water-based paint only. If previous paint was oil-based, use our Transitional Primer first.
