We can't talk to birds, so we can't ask if they are uncomfortable. If applying this AFM Metalcoat primer to a metal bird cage, we would advise you to rehome the birds in a different room while the wet primer dries and cures. This will ensure there is no reaction to the low-VOC fumes.
