This 3/8" thick wool carpet pad is easily cut with some scissors. Fabric shears work best. Always cut an inch or more less than the length and width of your area rug so that the rug tapers down to the flooring.
If I order a box, would it be possible for me to cut it to fit a 9 x 12 rug or no it wouldn't work? GBS 100% Wool Underlayment
