The Click Cinch Loc Seal flooring Forbo would recommend going up the cabinets, but not installing underneath. Per installation instructions:
"If there are any other fixed objects in the room, such as cabinets, pipes, etc., it is important to leave a minimum of 3/8” spacer where the flooring meets these objects."
