Due to the high heat and moisture in a sauna, we do not carry any sealers that could withstand those extremes - you would need a specialty product.
Hello, I am looking for a thick waterproof sealant for an outdoor sauna floor made of chip board AFM SafeCoat, Safe Seal
I will be installing 1x2"

Question: Can I use this product on an OSB floor and an outdoor shed? I have read that waterbase products should not be used.
Answer: AFM Safe Seal is for indoors. For outdoors, use AFM Polyureseal EXT which will block VOCs just as well and it's made for outdoor use.
