Yes, all of our cork flooring can be installed over a concrete subfloor. It can be either glued down with our Taylor Resolute adhesive or it can be floated over a vapor barrier (Moisture Block) or underlayment + vapor barrier (QuietWalk Plus).
Why glue instead of float? If you have heavy traffic, i.e. kids and dogs or exercise room, excessive moisture, or excessive heat or radiant heated subfloors, then we recommend gluing. The glue we recommend is waterproof and will prevent the floor from moving.
However, if the traffic is very light, no excessive moisture or heat, floating is a perfectly acceptable option. All that is required is a vapor barrier (6ml polyethylene plastic). If you want a little more cushion underfoot and a little more thermal insulation, then use the QuietWalk Plus. It is 1/8" thick, 100 SF/roll and is a vapor barrier and underlayment all in one. These are not to be used with adhesives. They are taped together and lay over the subfloor.
