I want to install a floor over the existing rental kitchen and bathroom laminate tiles. Can I use these and remove them at the end of my lease without damage?

Yes. They click together easily with a drop and lock mechanism that requires no glue or nails. When you are ready to remove, you simply reverse the process. It can be installed and uninstalled several times as long as it is done slowly and methodically.
