Can this product (Vermont PolyWhey) be applied to a wood floor over an oil based coating such as Rubio Monocoat?

Vermont Natural Coatings claims this can be done. However, the surface must be clean dry and free of wax or surface debris. Also, due to the number of different finishes on the market, it is challenging to give a blanket yes answer without first testing this to be sure. We offer small samples and highly recommend that you do this to make certain it bonds well. This test may save lots of money and time if it does not work.
