My room is 67"x121". 56.25 square feet. Do I need 7 square yards 79" x 115" covers 63 square feet? Laundry room with a painter's sink and toilet covering the floor.

The math in your question is pretty close. For Forbo Marmoleum Walton Cirrus - Glue-Down Sheet, 63 square feet (7 square yards) should be just right for your 56.25 square foot room BUT it means it would be installed with a seam. If you want a seamless room, go for 8 yards (79 x 131 inches - which would cover your entire 121 inch room lengthwise).
