No, for several reasons. The AFM SafeCoat MetalCoat Metal Primer is not a clear coat—it's an opaque white primer—and it is water-based, meaning it will degrade on surfaces like underwater basins where the surface is constantly exposed to and under water. You would need a specialty product for submerged metal basins, and we do not carry anything that would work for that kind of application.
