Have Palram 83% light transmission corrugated panels over our patio. When ambient temps reach 90?� the under patio temp is 110?�. Will this product reduce that heat load to something bearable? (@100?�, it gets to 120+.)

This product would reduce the heat underneath, the main issue is that this product has to be mixed with 5 gallons of exterior paint which is going to not let any light through which would defeat the purpose of the 83% light transmission.
