I have a Aqua Rain Gravity Filter system bought in 1998 that is 20 inches high, Stainless Steel with 4 filters in it. My second set is wearing down and I'm looking to replace the filters but on my unit the filters are held in place with big white plastic wing nuts underneath. The filters on your site do not show a wing nut, will they fit? and are they the same, but with a different type of nut to hold them to the upper unit? Also being retired now, I have to watch my expenses,my previous replacement set of filters in 2011 was $79.00 I know things go up, so can I use just 2 filters in my unit and seal off the other two holes, and if so do you have plugs that can be used to do so. I would appreciate any answers Thank You for your time.Marty

if you purchase a ceramic filter element today it will fit in ANY unit ever sold in the past. The important thing to remember is to be sure and use the hardware that will come with the new set of ceramic filter elements. Do not try and use the wing nut and etc. from the old filters. Yes, you can use two filters with two plugs. Prices have increased over the past 9 years to $89.98.
