Yes, each gallon can be diluted to make 7 gallons of cleaner. Based on a 500SF floor cleaned once per week, one gallon of concentrate diluted should last about a full year. Dilute 7 to 1 - one gallon makes 7 gallons and will last almost a full year.Given a choice between soft water and non-softened water, for cleaning projects soft water is preferred. The lack of minerals in softened water can help prevent soap scum build up.
