Now that I'm getting my entire lower level of my house tiled. What is the best way to keep it clean? If I use a steamer will it need resealed?

We would recommend using the Bona Pro Series Tile, Stone and Laminate Cleaner which is an excellent streak free, ultra low VOC neutral pH cleaner. Sealing the grout with AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer is recommended to prevent staining and moisture from soaking into the grout. This will help prevent mold and mildew too. Using a steam cleaner is fine for tile and grout as long as the grout is sealed and you don't focus the spray for too long on the grout.
