Would this work to remove an oil stain from concrete before sealing it?

Yes, this is a mild acid that is non-toxic and will eat through much of it. Please allow to sit no more than 5 minutes as it will begin to etch the concrete. Then mop off three times with water. Allow to dry for a week before applying any sealer, stain or paint.
