I have a cinder block basement wall that has some wear, tear and crumbly joints. Which is the best sealant to use? Can the AFM Penetrating WaterStop be painted over?

This product isn't really designed to handle the crumbly joints, it would work on the bricks themselves however. It would be a good idea to give one of our eco-advisors a call to discuss the issue in a bit more detail to really determine if/what product we have that would be best suited for your situation.
