Per the AFM Application Instructions, https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/c... , "APPLICATION:Topical: Allow 48-72 hours post grout installation before applying sealer. Apply 2-3 coats liberally in an even manner, using a sponge, small brush, orany other tool which can be used comfortably.Flood coating is acceptable, but avoid puddling being careful not to leave sealer on tile surfaces.Allow 2-4 hours between coats. Remove any sealer from tile surfaces promptly. "
