Per the Tech Data Sheet on the right side of the product page under Downloads, https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/c... , "APPROVED FLOORING TYPES : Cork (flooring, cork-backed hard surface, underlayment) ". As for the rubber underlayment, if you are referring to regrind rubber underlayment, Resolute will work great to bond it to the approved substrates.
