AFM Almighty Adhesive is an excellent all purpose construction adhesive that can be used in almost any location, interior or exterior. It's non-toxic, environmentally safe and free of aromatic or other solvents. However, it's not rated for underwater applications. As long as it applied to the perimeter of a wet area, there shouldn't be any issue. Aquatic life are some of the most sensitive to chemicals and we can't guarantee any particular outcomes for it since this caulk hasn't been tested for individual animal and aquatic sensitivities.
