I don't understand the question. The AFM Safecoat 3-in-1 adhesive is primarily for adhering floor tiles made of ceramic, vinyl, parquet, and slate and for adhering lightweight/small wall tiles. It's a glue meant to stick one thing to another thing. Not intended for making rugs.
