The AFM SafeCoat 3 in 1 Adhesive would certainly adhere to the backside of a puzzle but the glue is quite thick so I'm afraid it would be thicker than what you'd want, in order to create a nice flat surface.
Can u use this to glue the backside of puzzles? AFM SafeCoat, 3-in-1 Adhesive Caulks, Sealants & Adhesives
