Will this work on tile and a subfloor? We have to replace 3 cracked tiles and want an adhesive that doesn't smell and easy to use.

It is certainly strong enough. However, Almighty Adhesive is not recommended as it is thick and "caulk like" which means not spreadable like the thin set that should be used, and will leave air gaps that could make a sound when you walk on the tiles and eventually wear poorly. It is best to use thin set which is made for this application. We don't sell thin set, but that is available in any big box hardware store.
