The AFM 3-in-1 adhesive is water-based, so you are correct this will not work for your wallpaper and particle board.
We have been in search of a VOC free or low-VOC wallpaper adhesive but will be applying it to particle board (meaning we cannot use water-based products). Would this product work in this situation? AFM SafeCoat, 3-in-1 Adhesive Caulks, Sealants & Adhesives
