Yes that is where everyone uses this without issues. Be aware, however, that it does not contain any biocides, fungicides or mildewcides. Also, the white color will eventually turn slightly off-white. It can be painted and does a great job of sealing. Use rubbing alcohol or a few drops of liquid kitchen soap like Dawn or Joy to smooth out the caulk. Do not use water to smooth as it is moisture cured and the water will cause the surface to set up and become rough.
