HDPE stands for high density polyethylene. Bathtubs are not made of HDPE. Instead they are usually either fiberglass, acrylic or cast iron. The caulking compound will adhere very well to these types of bathtubs.
Hi can you describe what HDPE plastic is, which you mention will not adhere to your caulking? I would like to use this product around my bathtub and wondering if this is compatible and will stick AFM SafeCoat, Caulking Compound, 10-Ounce Caulks, Sealants & Adhesives
