Can I use AFM Safecoat to apply glass to wood base? To be used outdoors.

Maybe. A better alternative would be our AFM Caulking Compound (white) or Chemlink CLEAR (clear). These will hold up better to the weather than the adhesive. They don't have the shear strength but are very strong and long lasting.
