Assuming that your basement has some moisture issues, we would recommend our Waterproof Cork. We don't carry any carpet that is suitable for damp environments. Our Waterproof Cork is perfect for below grade flooring. It's quiet, and warm - a perfect noise and thermal insulator. Also, cork is naturally soft making it comfortable to walk on.
