Is it possible to glue this down and apply away finish like flooring or is it not durable enough?

Our DriTac 5500 was made for gluing cork underlayment. However, this was not meant to be a finished or sealed. While it certainly could be finished with several coats of our AFM Polyureseal BP (non-toxic polyurethane), there would be no guarantees or warranty that this would hold up.
