Is there a color chart so I can match my floor? It was installed 25 years ago and still going strong except for a gouge from a dishwasher installation.

If the color is 25 years old, you'll need to call Forbo directly with the color name and number and see if they have the closest crossover color. Or, you can order as many samples online as you think are close and compare them and order from those.
